The Turfgrass Producers of Texas operated three distinct websites, each of which was 20 years old and were showing their age. What’s Your Avocado? Marketing & Public Relations was tasked with gleaning the best of the three websites to create a modern, comprehensive, functional website that would provide information to consumers, serve the members and help run the organization. TexasGrass.com features easy online event registration, exhibitor booth reservations, sponsorship purchases, online membership renewal, and other functions to streamline membership tasks. The “Find a Grower Near You” function of the website works with the TPT Membership Directory so consumers can locate farms by cultivar name, grass family type, and by location, ranging from five to 500 miles.
