Writer Stacie Zinn Roberts, president of What’s Your Avocado?, a writing and marketing firm based in Mount Vernon, Washington, was honored with a national writing award by the Turf & Ornamental Communicators Association during the organization’s conference held in Portland.
Portland, Oregon, May 10, 2013: Writer Stacie Zinn Roberts, president of What’s Your Avocado?, a writing and marketing firm based in Mount Vernon, Washington, was honored with a national writing award last night by the Turf & Ornamental Communicators Association (TOCA), during the organization’s 24th annual conference held in Portland.
Roberts won a Writing Merit Award for her article “Enemy at the Gates”, a feature story that ran in the May 2012 issue of Golfdom magazine.
At total of 360 entries were received for 70 categories in this year’s competition from all over the United States, and countries as far away as Australia and Ireland.

Stacie Zinn Roberts is a nationally recognized, award-winning writer and marketing expert with more than 25 years of experience.
